@Devils_Rancher @exchgr The unified memory architecture makes M series Macs suitable for running big models or several concurrently. The M series Pro, Max, and Ultra chips also have very high memory bandwidth.
Consumer PC video cards have a maximum of 24 GB of RAM, while you can get a Mac with 48 GB or more. Using two 24 GB graphics cards is possible, but expensive and has limitations.

Being seen as helpful gives status and recognition. Actually helping can be difficult and mean sacrifices.
People who need help often don’t know what kind of help they need and how to ask for. They can usually describe their problem though. Helping someone understand the problem and figure what kind of help they need, is difficult and many would be helpers fail at this point.

@tuomas_h @grumpy_website The trend towards clean look lead to UI design optimized for screenshots with minimalist aesthetics not usability. Fashion and trends come in cycles and repeat every 20-30 years.
iOS 7 introduced minimalist flat design in 2013. So we can look forward to skeuomorphic interfaces and buttons with 3D shading in 2033-2043, so just in time for the 2038 bug fixes.

@_DigitalWriter_@bildung.social Für Senioren oft wichtig ist wo man die Schriftgrösse und Skalierung größer einstellen kann. Andere Formen der Bedienungshilfe wie z. B. Bildschirmlupe, Spracheingabe usw. sind ebenso wichtig. Treiber für Drucker und Scanner am besten auch gleich mitliefern. Sind so meine Erfahrungen.
