Fucking FFXIV daily crafting questline made me cry. #ffxiv #gamingonlinux #gaymer

FFXIV upgraded their graphics engine with the last expansion and sometimes it doesn't look all that different. But other times, I marvel at what they were able accomplish with just some shaders and lighting. #ffxiv #gaymer #gamingonlinux

@plzupgrademe@fedi.txw.ca @Fabirucho@mastodon.social when I was a kid, it was Seifer from FF8.

@Fabirucho@mastodon.social @plzupgrademe@fedi.txw.ca I was honestly grasping at straws for my pick. I couldn't think of any real videogame villains since Seifer that I thought were hot. Joel is technically the protagonist/hero of TLOU, which is why I said it was controversial 😆

https://www.youtube.com/shorts/bHisS3bbCvY FFXIV is basically a virtual Final Fantasy amusement park with FF themed rides and shows and if you're a big FF fan, you'll know it. The last set of 24-man raids are based on FFXI, but previous 24-mans have been based on (or referenced) FFIII, FF Tactics, and Nier. #ffxiv #finalfantasy

@plzupgrademe@fedi.txw.ca It's because I know you and I know enough about the berths that I know it wouldn't work out.

@plzupgrademe@fedi.txw.ca lol I think I took these photos

@Fabirucho@mastodon.social @plzupgrademe@fedi.txw.ca I'm going to be controversial and say Joel from the Last of Us 😆

@plzupgrademe@fedi.txw.ca I've been there!
