@openrtx@mastodon.radio Colleagues, I have some problems. I want to install your firmware into the Baofeng DM-1701 station. But before that, I want to make a backup. It doesn't work. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong. My platform is Ubuntu.

Please tell me what I'm doing wrong and how I can take a dump from the radio. #OpenRtx

@Weserberglander_UTGH@mastodon.social Sehr rhythmische Aufnahme!

@openrtx@mastodon.radio I'm planning to install OpenRTX firmware on a modified Baofeng DM-1701 to work with the #M17project. My colleagues remind me that I need to backup the radio's settings before installing it. What exactly should I backup to preserve all important settings and calibrations?

@m17_project@mastodon.radio I want to use as a my #m17project hotspot https://github.com/phl0/MMDVM_HS_Dual_Hat. Will it work properly in this capacity? At one point, my colleagues told me that for normal operation with the M17, the frequency of the TCXO should be 12.288 MHz, but mine is 14.74. Is this a problem? #mmdvm
