#nowplaying Carbon Based Lifeforms "Twentythree". Must be one of the most beautiful #ambient albums I own. #electronic #music

Mixed day at work, but at least no one mentioned #AI

#nowplaying Arovane "Lilies". Haven't played this for quite a while (probably too long). Perfect, calm, classic melodic #idm #electronic #music

Just finished #reading Thoreau's "Walden" all the way through for the first time. It was worth persevering with, it's definitely not as dated as it seemed to me at first- beautiful #nature writing in places, and philosophically both deep and surprising.

Now playing this https://khruangbin.bandcamp.com/album/a-la-sala I think its #surfrock - anyway very #chilled guitar-lead stuff that I'm really getting into. #downtempo #instrumental #music

#nowplaying chilling out to this Orange Crush retrospective out today on #sunseasky. #electronic

#nowplaying this https://gorillaz.bandcamp.com/track/the-empty-dream-machine-feat-black-thought-johnny-marr-and-anoushka-shankar possibly my favorite track from the new Gorillaz (with strong competition). Just a beautiful track. #music

I was listening to this earlier, so not quite #nowplaying , but it's a great album. #music #electronic #vocal https://sinfang-soley-orvarsmarason.bandcamp.com/album/team-dreams

RIP last.fm https://rip.so/last-fm.html (OK, it's still there, and I still have a page, but it's really not). It was genuinely exciting while it lasted, and as this site says, nothing has replaced it :(

I had this in my SoundCloud account memory and just went back to it. Great for the commute home. #nowplaying #drone #postrock #soundcloud Listen to cassini told me, an album by The Atlas Amp on #SoundCloud
