@telliott thank you! We found that it really helps to spend a bit of time with individuals who are affected. Walking through a space and letting them tell you how they are experiencing it, is extremely useful. I knew a lot from reading but lived experience is just a different level. Also, really doesn't matter whether digital or real-life space. Walk-throughs are amazing.
