But it is not the full story: at the same time EU regulations have put stricter limits on the emissions of cars. There may be other factors also (electric cars and scooters? fewer people cook or heat their water with gas, maybe?). Don’t get me wrong, Paris is much better because there are fewer cars. But it’s not the full story behind the plots you’re sharing.
