Way back in 2018 apparently? Did not know that! I guess the BBC branding was enough for whatever did this.
Damnit, too much oxygen again today.
Glad I checked the thread to see the "oh no this still works" 😂

Forza day it's Forza day today is finally Forza day!
Finally making the blackberry wine I foraged for last summer. Soon my pretties, soon...

"Due to increased demand" and there are 8 seats booked (and I'm not convinced the back row ones aren't just because the seats are broken)

Read it a few years back in a binge of a lot of tech books and was engrossed. One of my favourites.
Apparently there's some Revanced drama I am unaware of because I just got a DMCA notice from GitHub 🙃
Did 40k steps this weekend 🥵 seeing the sun again has changed me.
I really like the sunset photo in here, it was very pretty.

Finally a nice day I'm not ill or working or busy 😂 morning looking at the cars electrics to see if it will vroom good, afternoon moving lots of soil to start prepping the garden for vegetables. Pooped now, little rest before drinks with a friend later.
On DLSS5, the first info I ingested was the first 10 minutes of Digital Foundry's video and I genuinely thought they'd muxed the wrong audio and video. Barely a criticism to be heard but I thought it looked like hot garbage.
Clearly need to buy a lottery ticket, won $100 of Microsoft bux on Rewards 😂
Fucked up by second toe on one foot - internet suggests capsulitis? Hurts to bend it back/up at all. Maybe going out for long walks every day of the nice weather caught up to me.
Got got by a tick for the first time ever (knowingly at least.)
Sneaky little bastards.
Over a decade ago I left a long discontinued band shirt with an ex. It pops in to my head every so often, I loved that shirt. I never found evidence of the design's existence to date, wasn't sure if I was misremembering.
Just found one store selling it on AliExpress 🥹
So #Halo CE remake coming in July - avoiding GTA?
It looks cool. Every location is still recognisable but different, the same classic story moments are there, obviously great UE5 visuals. A good Halo, maybe, at last, please?

New Eleventyseven side project and like everything they touch it's great.

Breathtaking.

"War Soldier 4"? That's not a Stormtrooper then?
Switching my phone to ID Mobile in the UK seemed like a great idea until I came to make an account and discovered Cloudflare won't let me access the login page 🙃 bonus points for their mobile app also just loading the web login page ensuring I'm S.O.L.
Get home from seeing Project Hail Mary and find video of Rocky sleeping 🥹
Film is good fun, well put together, visually great, engaging throughout. Well worth the watch.

Request a PAC from my mobile provider, immediately get emailed "special deals" and they start trying to call me...
If they proactively sent me new deals I probably wouldn't be seeking greener grass. As it stands they can get fucked.
Saw Hoppers this afternoon. Really funny, has heart, solid Pixar movie for the whole family.
Also booked to see Sheep Detectives first week of May and that's all the free cinema tickets for 25/26 used!
Suns out butterflies out
Asked to document orgs systems since I'm leaving in about a month.
The absolute hilarity of reaching something and going "I have no idea how this works, the last guy they fired did it and I've never touched it."
...and I haven't even got to the separate clusterfuck legacy platform yet!
So these Xbox layoff rumours that they might shutter Compulsion... yet to play South of Midnight but it reviewed well, tho We Happy Few was pretty lackluster.
But god help Xbox if they lay a finger on my beloved Double Fine, or what's left of Arkane...
Lovely evening in Amsterdam 😍

Spotify wrapped thing is short and has no surprises. Here is my all-time playlist though: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/37i9dQZF1CL1o00lAYb6Xn
Saw Mario Galaxy.
Basically the first film but with less plot and more filler? It's fine - but that was my take on the first one too, I have very little nostalgia for Mario. I wanted another Jack Black musical number.
The post credits scene was surprisingly dark, though.

(fyi I'm trying/intending to post more "back catalogue" photos on Pixelfed. I take loads of photos when I visit somewhere and usually only post one or two online, better to put them out somewhere than let them bit rot on my phone!)
It's been 1.5 work days since I (finally) left my last contract, so naturally having had 6 months to prepare for me leaving and doing sweet FA about it I'm already being asked if I can come fix something for them 🙄 what multiplier do I apply to my hourly rate?

Started properly watching Parts Unknown recently and it's so good, terrible shame that Anthony is gone.
My favourite thing so far with #GoogleHealth replacing the #Fitbit app is the step counter widget truncates when you get to 5 numbers - i.e, the default and one would assume most common goal.
Possibly just due to font settings on my phone (?) but hilarious all the same.
Oberon. Must. DIE.
(Yes, I just finished Atomfall, why do you ask?)
