@alexr@tilde.zone how does this relate to the “everything is in 4 if you’re brave enough” theory?
I need some way of politely explaining to the AI eaters how weird and uncomfortable it is to be talking about designing systems with certain properties regarding determinism and correctness, and have one of them butt in to say, “Did you know you can have AI do it and you’ll probably only have to fix all the mistakes it makes? And it’ll be even better at some point!”
I try not to be glibly, superficially dismissive, but they make it real difficult sometimes.

@thalia@discuss.systems oh thanks! The paragraph on the sculpture’s pedestal explains the teapot and its connection to creative industries, but as I recall didn’t make the local connection so clear. We always kind of wondered why it was there.
