The Binghamton Morris Men and guests will once more be performing morris dances on our annual Gilbertsville Tour in Otsego County, New York. The schedule:
This Saturday, April 25:

12:30 PM Pathfinder Village, Edmeston
3:15 PM Pioneer Park, Cooperstown

Afterwards I realized I had this photo, taken 35 years ago in the same room by someone standing in almost exactly the same spot as the person who took my picture Saturday.
This was a morris dancing workshop with Phil Underwood of Thames Valley Morris (in England) teaching Oddington dances.
Some of these people I haven't seen in years, some I still see regularly. One besides me was even in the same room on Saturday.

The 2026 Gilbertsville tour is over. Saturday's weather was bad, forcing three stands indoors and one stand canceled. But we had a good time and our audiences did too. Sunday was sunny and warmer and we were out in the street again.
