I mean they could also cherry-pick the revert-commit and call it a day for now, but it's gonna be messy to track future changes. afaik there hasn't been a new release with this change introduced yet?

@cassolotl I would usually favor physical knobs, but lazy me prefer to clean the whole cooktop in one go than having to go around the knobs and such. A compromise I can make, in particular with nice touch control, not the stupid cheap ones that stop working because you looked at them
