The other day I got an email from my hoster because spamhouse claimed that one of my #freebsd hosts is running a command and control server for a botnet.
The software in question is only available for windows … 🎉

Wieder was gelernt.

Can it get any worse?

@arne@spezi.social Sehr spannend, danke.
Headscale muss ich mal ausprobieren. Das klingt ziemlich gut.

@tribut Yes, thanks, that's exactly what I ran into. Luckily I found a post about this problem. :)

@preya Interesting. I hadn't even set the date/time until now. Is this important to have?
I gave it a short test: I set the date and time and then cut the power for five minutes. Afterwards the date and time was still correct.
I also configured SNTP now and the smallest update interval seems to be one hour, which would fit your problem description.

@preya Makes sense. My use case will eventually be the same. Hopefully. 🤞
I can see the wrong timestamp in the "Original filename" in paperless. But other than that I wasn't able to find anything. I think I can live with that. :)

@hukl The package. But on the latest branch.
Pip looked like a pain. The pkg has a couple of things taken care of. One of them being a man page. :)

@Friesenkiwi Good question. It has a two USB ports (USB-C and USB-A) for local connections but I don't know anything about sane, so the answer is: I don't know.

@claudius Interesting. If I may ask: what kind of document do you want scanned but not in paperless?

Did anyone try to install #valetudo on a Roborock S8?
I know it is listed as unsupported but since there is a guide I just wanted to see how far I can get.
https://builder.dontvacuum.me/nextgen/roborock_s8.pdf
On page 26 it mentions a file called "_rr.XXX_phoenixsuit.img" which I cannot find.
As far as I can tell It is not part of the firmware package. At least not with that name.

Das klingt ziemlich gut. :D
