During a recent #StarTrek rewatch, my partner and I started to notice and discuss that so many of the episode "conflicts" resulted from bad #OpSec. We laughed and concluded that this was definitely not a realistic perspective of the future (i.e. our present).

As a researcher about human-centered security, I should have known how wrong I was.

Ich war ja schon länger skeptisch über den Hype um die #EUDIWallet, insbesondere aus der Bundespolitik, aber auch aus manchen Kommunalverwaltungen. Der aktuelle Referentenentwurf des Digitalministeriums scheint meine Skepsis zu bestätigen. Das könnte schlimmstenfalls die nächste DE-Mail-Zombietechnologie werden, die zwar noch in Gesetzen steht, aber schon länger nicht mehr am Markt verfügbar ist.
