If so what have you learned you'd like to transmit to newcomers?
To me it feels like re-learning networking on completely different bases. It almost feels like the opposite of TCP/IP based networks somehow...

@perlman@indieweb.social yes it is part of these "new" concepts somehow: your networking is not dependent on the physical medium you use / you don't need to have a specific route/configuration per medium.
you just _do networking_ and add interfaces, whether they're udp, tcp, lora, wifi, or whichever weird radio will come next! quite powerful stuff that requires a bit of puzzling and re-learning!

🥱 While some remarkable indie stuff comes from Hollywood, most its production is *very* homogeneous at a given time in terms of aesthetics, story structures, people making it. I want more diverse aesthetics, cultural background and people!
