@msbernst This is such useful food for thought, thank you! At Whitman, we're rolling out a new human-centered design concentration along with it's own "Intro to Design" course -- which will cover much of what I taught in HCI previously (which was based on @evanmpeck's model). That means I'll get to completely revamp our HCI course...perhaps as an advanced research & design practicum, perhaps as a theory-based seminar -- or maybe even both?
