I'm sorry... kind of. This is so bad it's good, and it made me laugh for real. In honor of #Caturday.

If only I could give each of you the same Life Satisfaction as this dude gets from about six miles of hard running and a slobbery ball. Let's hear it for simple pleasures. 🙄 😂 Happy Wednesday, all!
My mom's peonies have been blooming. The stand of them has been in the same spot since I was a little girl. Two summers, now, since she left us, and these beauties always give me a strong sense of her presence.
Tonight instead of #3GoodThings, I give you several hundred good things: the stand of my mom's "tiger lillies" that has thrived in this spot since I was a little girl.

From a friend who lives near my property in #Arizona, a dangerous, destructive, incoming #DustStorm, in local terms, a haboob. They desperately need RAIN, not more dust. Wish I could share the massive amounts of rain here with them. 😔
It busts my brain that this is not standard everywhere. But I guess I should know better. 😬 🤦♀️
"New Hampshire is the first state to legally require doctors and medical staff to follow a patient's desires to seek sterilization...."
Nightly #GermanShepherd post: this is Larissa, the first Assistive-Search-Alert dog I trained for an #autistic child in 2001. After graduation she volunteered to expand her job description because she was convinced all babies, of all sizes and all species, in all the world, belonged to her.
Friday night. Too much trouble sleeping, so it seems like a good time to share pics of the thriving Impatiens. I've never before tried to keep some alive over the winter, but this might be the year I give it a try. 🤨 Maybe these can count as #3GoodThings. Only 2 pots, but lots more than 3 blooms.
About the time one finishes a big coat blowout... the other one starts. Behold, the molting #GermanShepherds. If there was a market for that puffy, wooly undercoat, I believe my personal wealth would have surpassed Bezos's by now. 🙄 🤦♀️ I'll comb out bushels a day for at least the next 2 weeks. I keep telling him to be glad he's cute.
I am really struggling over #3GoodThings tonight.
1: I'm privileged to have a job with health insurance, but my heart breaks for those who received a death sentence today about their medical coverage.
2: I'm safe in my home, with electricity, food, & clean water, but daily I watch my fellow human citizens' access to those things dwindle to nothing.
3: I have family, dogs who love me, & good friends while many are entirely alone.
Tonight, even trying to be mindful can't mend me. 💔 😢
I'm too tired tonight for much posting, but perhaps something for #Caturday. This was taken during the recent ice storm and power outage when old lady Zoey was especially appreciative of her favorite fleece blanket.

Happy #Friday to all! It's almost full-bloom of lilac season in northern #Michigan. Now if only I could somehow package the scent to go along with the pic! Can this be my #3GoodThings post for today? There's certainly more than 3 lilacs and certainly at least 3 good things about them... sight, smell, and happy pollinators.
