@aronia@tech.lgbt I heard a story just yesterday from someone who was asked to email a PDF, which the recipient turned into a podcast using AI, and then asked questions about that made absolutely no sense.

@Lana@beige.party Not a fallacy, but I think fundamental attribution error is particularly interesting and reveals a lot about human behavior.

@Lana@beige.party It's horrible, but being aware of it makes a person a lot better equipped to deal with it.

@justdaveisfine@mastodon.gamedev.place I think it's up to you, really. What makes race in RPGs different from hair color is that other games have set the expectation of it impacting stats. You don't need to follow that trend, but it could interfere with player expectations if you don't. If you do want it to be purely cosmetic, you have the option of moving those stat impacts to something like a "this is my background and this is what I'm good at!" system. What serves your intended player experience best? Go for that.

@imp3tuz I've run into something else similar to this that interested people might also appreciate! https://afrohairlibrary.org/

@anewsocial Thank you!

@blockforest@mastodon.social That's awesome! It definitely deserved those rewards—I've seen the movie three times and I'm not the type to rewatch movies. Your art suits the cover perfectly.

@x0_000@mastodon.gamedev.place Wow, the rings motif works really well here!

@blockforest@mastodon.social I'd love to read your article! Can you reply with the link?
