@konstruct that website doesn't use CSS! thats what raw HTML looks like, and the best way(s) to learn this are: prepend the URL with view-source: in order to see the source code "view-source:https://invisible-island.net/" (or use the inspector) and read it yourself (this website happens to be generated but from a quick glance the HTML is still nice enough to read, and the other option is to read either W3Schools or MDN html reference to learn more about specific elements. i believe both sites have decent beginner tutorials for HTML too.
