In Lugano, LVGA shows how digital complementary currency can become an urban policy tool: cashback, cultural vouchers, tourism incentives, local economic coordination and, soon, privacy-preserving identity.
Our new peer reviewed essay connects with several points I raised at Plan B Summer School: monetary infrastructure should be civic infrastructure, not just another extractive platform layer.
