Maybe the AI can help humans write the formal language part. But I think it's still good for humans to learn fluency with the formal language. It will help the human think as well as communicate well with the machine.

If UK Labour MPs had any sanity at all they'd be screaming for Clive Lewis to stand for leader. And they'd give him the job.
Then elevate Andy Burnham to the House of Lords ASAP. Once there Burnham can become Chancellor of the Exchequer. (Unorthodox, but doable AFAICT)
Give John McDonnell Foreign Secretary and Angela Rayner Home Secretary.
Then you might actually have a Labour government with the talent to make the changes the UK needs, and the ability to communicate it to the electorate.

I think the future is very obviously that programs look more like academic papers written in natural language with embedded maths equations.
You'll use natural language for all the generic boilerplate : "We're making a web service for blah with this characteristic"
And then drop into DSLs for schemas and state machines and algorithms, where you need to communicate unambiguously with absolute formal clarity.
