Gulaschprogrammiernacht

The @entropia@chaos.social invites you to the #gpn24 with the motto „Gulasch at the Scale of Chaos“: https://events.ccc.de/en/2026/03/15/gpn24/ GPN24 will take place in Karlsruhe from June 4–7, 2026. Just like for #gpn23, mandatory registration is required (starting March 23 at 8:00 PM and March 29 at 3:00 PM at https://join.gulas.ch/) And we urgently need your help! We need €80,000 in donations to finance this and future GPNs. Every donation counts - help us now at https://donate.gulas.ch You can find much more information in the blog post, here (and on the team accounts) in the coming days and weeks—and of course at https://gulas.ch

We need your support for #GPN24: €80,000 in donations are needed to make the GPN happen. You can check the current status at https://donate.gulas.ch and also contribute directly - thank you so much for your support so far; we’ve already reached 8.7%! But why are we asking for donations so actively this year? In the past, we’ve actually lost money with the GPN, the existence of the Gulaschprogrammiernacht is at stake: If we don’t manage to reach our goal, we’ll likely have to cancel the GPN! We can’t cover the costs just by selling waffles, Gulasch, and Tschunk. At the same time, these are an important part of the GPN, and we don’t want to make the Gulasch too expensive. You can also read the details in the blog post (https://events.ccc.de/2026/03/15/gpn24/) and on the donation page (https://entropia.de/GPN24:Spenden) We appreciate every donation that makes GPN24 and future GPNs possible! Thank you very much!

Good morning, Fediverse, Here’s your reminder about the daylight saving time! Because: Today at 3:00 PM (now in UTC+2), the second registration round for #gpn24 starts at https://join.gulas.ch Immediately afterward, we will open a waiting list so that you also have the chance to secure spots from canceled registrations or unused vouchers. Please remember: Your registration does not fund the GPN! We need additional donations, because as of today at 10:05 AM, only 67.5% of the GPN is funded according to https://donate.gulas.ch/ Thank you for your support! We’ve posted all further details at https://social.gulas.ch/@gulasch/statuses/01KMD898RGYQ2VP087GM32XB3W You can purchase merch, register children/teens up to age 16, and make donations at any time, regardless of registration availability.

@content@social.gulas.ch It won’t be long before #gpn24 starts. Preparations are slowly entering the final stretch, which means for you: Would you like to give a workshop or talk, or organize a meetup? @content@social.gulas.ch is accepting proposals only this weekend at https://cfp.gulas.ch Want to take home some #gpn24 merch or have it shipped to you? You have until April 29 (that’s Wednesday) to place your order at https://join.gulas.ch/ - this is your last chance for merch!
