back at it again after last weeks horrible experience

today marks 1 month since i came down with influenza a and it has been such a weird experience. i was sick for 3 weeks with no appetite and i started worrying i wasn’t going to get better. now that im better, i did end up losing 10 pounds because of my lack of appetite. but my appetite hasn’t come back the same and i can’t eat nearly as much and i haven’t been snacking. i think because i went so long with eating less that it helped a lot with my food noise and urge to eat all the time. so thanks influenza a for helping kickstart my weight loss again
