It presents swelled curves, reaching terminals, and a teetering balance of stroke weights, infusing its geometric underpinnings with plenty of flavor. A powerful voice for branding, identity, and titling work, the Cassis family contains seven weights from a spare Thin through a forceful Black, and supports over 200 Latin-based languages.

We’re proud to introduce Edgar, a spirited oldstyle design for long-form reading. Its story begins with Edgar Wallace, renowned author of early 20th century Britain. He wrote with a conversational rhythm that Tobias Frere-Jones and Nina Stössinger wanted to replicate in the shapes of the text itself.
