Re bookmark feature: Twitter has bookmarks but it's so unintuitive in placement that most people never find it. (I consider this worse than not having it at all.)
Not intending to be splainy, just I use them and I constantly see people say the feature doesn't exist. It's so poorly advertised.

All these people out here making block list scraping tools causes admins to just lock down those lists to prevent harassment. Which also means those of us who look at those lists individually to get an idea of an admin's policies are just SOL.
I don't even blame the admins for locking them down. Totally reasonable reaction. Wish it hadn't been made necessary.

I don't even know what the point is of having the feature when it's this poorly implemented.
If you think that someone has made a rash decision, take a moment and ask yourself if it only looks sudden because you just became aware of the situation.
