the trail of tears prove how little they actually look at what they did – they just shrug and go along w it.

it makes you wonder why the soviets didn’t take on this strategy – having ngo’s laundering your foreign interference seems to be MUCH MORE effective given the perceived degree of separation it gives you compared to official state propaganda mouthpieces like rt.

it is part of the brics, but the united states and isreal have been throwing their weight around in latin-american to reverse the soft power gains that china has made by rigging the electronic voting systems and the election in brazil is already 50/50.
that’s why brazil banned american “election officials” from entering their country a few days ago and the americans hit back w sanctions and obstructing the election campaign on facebook and other social media platforms.
their goal is to get bolsonaro’s son elected so that they can isolate mexico and totally reverse the leftwards shift that latin-america has been going towards for the last 20-ish years.

you’re either unwilling or unable to see that the things that the accelerationists want is the eventual outcome anyways because of the way the system is intentionally structured and history proves that nature will ensure that the commeuppance gets worse the longer we put off making a change.
turning the election into a farce through a lack of cooperating they way they want you to is the easiest & laziest way for an american to help induce such a change, but it will not work if too many people are unable/unwilling to see past the parliamentary mind games that makes you think that you’re helping the people they’re holding ransom for your vote.

madelinte pendelton postulated that china’s foreign relations strategy is to avoid war at all costs with the global north since they saw how they strangled the soviet union into non-existence and it explains why they’re willing to accept all the pain and simply walk away from all of their investments in latin america despite having the power to push back like the united states does.

Why so many, you may ask. Well, because of several reasons, one of them being the recent policy change in CVE assignment for the kernel project, where essentially any commit identified as fixing a potential security issue gets a CVE assigned, even if it’s a minor one or has no known exploit path.
wtf?!!! why?!

the world gets crazier once you realize that they write down that absolute onslaught of pressure – saying that they’re doing it for exactly that reason – and then make it available in things like the freedom of information act, but people ignore it and believe the bullshit anyways.
it makes me identify with the climate scientists to believe that making the data freely available to everyone will automatically convince people that climate change is real, but it doesn’t. lol

I was looking at the System76 Lemur Pro, but I can’t seem to find any reviews on the newer models. Build quality and performance is really important to me as my daily driver for the last several years has been a MBP14 with an M1 Pro.
i’ve had a galago pro and the build quality on system76 seems to be better than average, but well below the competition at their price points – excluding their ultra high end models.
system76 makes sense if you’re doing for the support as well as the capabilities like the ones you’re looking for (coreboot mattered for me back then) and my experience was overall positive w them; but i learned recently that their support made things so easy for me that it made my linux skills get antiquated.

Ah yes, more “don’t bother voting” propaganda.
the heart of the issue seems to be the legitimacy that voting gives to a system – participate if you chose do, just do so w the awareness of the fact your participation was more beneficial to the status quo than it was to you.
and, yes, you do need to do more than just vote; but if you lack an understanding of why your increased participate is now necessary you’ll be treading water at best – like the democrats.
there have been people who’ve been in this situation before and wrote down what they did with the benefit hindsight included – if you look at their stuff you’ll find out what you need to do beyond voting.

isreal is doing an EXCELLENT job at making the definition of antisemitism blurry – the racism is much clearer to see and much harder for isreal to try to redefine.
they should have truly let the ethiopians in – their presence in isreal would have made the racism allegations more defensible. lol
