mastodon 4.7.2

Enterprise Architect, reluctant Okie. Also a pretty good home cook and baker. World’s Okayest dad and husband.

Kindness above all. Trying to be an encourager here and everywhere.

I read a lot. I tell myself I read widely, history, biography. But the truth is, mostly SciFi. (A LOT of really good SciFi.)

When people hear that I speak Spanish, (más o menos) they always say, ”I wish I spoke a foreign language.”

I’m here to tell you, YOU CAN!

DuoLingo is 100% free (though they will nag you constantly to upgrade.) And it works really, really well. I am working on French, and I’m getting much better.

You can literally spend 5 - 15 minutes per day on it, and it’s pretty fun!
