Telegram's iconic t.me short links went dark across the entire internet today. WHOIS records show the domain was hit with a "serverHold" — a status only the .me registry itself can apply, and one that removes a domain from global DNS entirely, breaking every link, no matter how healthy Telegram's servers are.
The Telegram app itself is unaffected — chats, channels, and calls work normally. This only breaks web-facing t.me links (bios, buttons, QR codes, invites).
No official reason has been given by the registry, Identity Digital, or Telegram. Founder Pavel Durov publicly asked the registry to investigate.
Workaround for now: swap t.me links for telegram.me or in-app deep links.

NetScaler alert: watchTowr says reports of unpatched remote code execution flaws in Citrix NetScaler are verified, and organisations are shutting appliances down. There's no Citrix advisory, CVE or patch yet, and it's not the earlier CVE-2026-19490 bug. Here's what we know.
