@Mercurial@todon.nl It was the prompted q + record a reply. I honestly found the 0 retakes thing to be bs, especially for the behavioural q's. It's that and the combo of strict time per answer: Masking is hard as it is, and I deffo lost quite a few seconds just making sure that I am coming across as neurotypical.
But yeah, AI interviews are a whole other can of worms. In general, anything that judges the applicant on an automated level (cough cough biased model) is an immediate orange flag
