@Patricia @turtlesec My focus was to try and find a solution that will work in South Africa to reduce the infrastructure requirements and costs while increasing security.
The idea was to provide an optional paperless solution for those who would accept an electronic voting system.
Unfortunately bureaucracy and efficiency are opposing forces.
One of them is immovable.
