#Nextcloud #Collectives 4.4.1 released

Collectives now has its own little homepage: https://collectives.cloud/

🐛Fixes include:

* 🔎 Page picker: find landing page by searching for collective name.
* 🔎 Fix full-text search in public shares.
* 💄 Improve error handling with weak share password and password policy.
* 🏷️ Validate tag colors.
* 😀 Validate collective and page emojis.

#Nextcloud #Collectives 4.4.0 released

A new page picker simplifies linking to other pages. Further improvements to the full-text search should make search results more accurate.

#Collectives 4.3.0 is released.

This release brings a reworked full-text search implementation. E.g. search
results should be more accurate now.

Other highlights include:

💫 #Collectives 4.0.0 is released

📂 With this release, the Collectives folder in the Files app will be hidden by default. See the documentation if you still want to access it.

📎 It brings enhanced attachments support in sidebar tab. You now can upload attachments without having to embed them in the page content.

📥 Importing Markdown files as pages is supported now. Relative links and attachment paths are adjusted during the import.

With Collectives version 4.0.0, we made handling your attachments a lot easier. Attachments finally don't have to be embedded in the page anymore. Organizing, uploading, and viewing attachments can now all happen in one place: the reworked sidebar. 💙

Collectives 4.1.0 - 2026.03.12

This release brings support to create new files (e.g. an office document or a
whiteboard) from the "Insert attachment" menu. This feature will only be
available after upgrading to the upcoming Nextcloud 32 and 33 server maintenance
releases though, that get published on 26. March.

* ➕ Provide create file templates for Text attachments menu.
