Unlike the original UK album, the US/Canada/Australia version, Boys Don’t Cry, does have “Killing an Arab”…a song that became so controversial that Robert had it removed from The Cure’s entire catalogue. Fortunately, I still have it on both Boys Don’t Cry and their 1986 singles compilation Standing on a Beach…a brilliant but incredibly misunderstood song.
