The account holders opsec is the issue if they required full anonymity (possible? Another discussion). This whole thing is the same as the statement "Your VPN provider won't go to jail for your $5". If they were served with an administrative warrant from an out of jurisdiction LEA and complied, then WAY more to be upset over.

@Ulrich_the_elder @Vivaldi Was just reading through the thread, I may be able to offer a suggestion. There are Linux phones but the reliability is questionable. If you're interested in an alternative you could look at GrapheneOS as an option. Only runs on Pixel for now, next year some Motorola as well. But Android developer ID isn't an issue with GrapheneOS.
