TFW when, after having a software issue escalated on a weekly basis every week for over a month, only to be asked to run a "new version" of the installer, which once again summarily self-cancels without explanation, and then being asked to run a log collection tool, for the third fucking time, that collects year old logs and lots of files with a notfound extension...
One finds oneself recommending printf() debugging to a major software company because they can't even seem to make logging work.
