Anarchists are on average either very immature or incredibly insular and paranoid. In order to believe the best form of governance is no governance, you have to believe everyone is watching you or fundamentally misunderstand why humans won.

The glasses example in particular is very damning because Modern Glasses Cannot Be Created By One Fucking Person Subsistence farming is not as viable as you would think at first sniff because Plants Require Water and So Much Fucking Work so if you're going to be your sole means of getting fed, you can't do anything else There's also no way you could get bartering to work if you also want modern technology. We moved on to currency very quickly for a reason. All of this to say I was on board with anarchy for like, five minutes when I was twelve.
