Happy #LetterboxdFriday !
Rough week of movies. Although at least Sasquatch Sunset was interesting, and Arcadian was a decent swing that just missed.
Busy weekend ahead of me, and I'm already behind on my writing, so it'll probably be a sparse Friday next week, too.
My review of Sasquatch Sunset is up!
More Blu-rays and a 4K! 🎞️
Personally, I think the best review I've written so far was for Lisa Frankenstein, so I'll take this opportunity to share it again.
No spoilers, but the final shot of Sasquatch Sunset is a fantastic and poignant commentary on humanity's relationship to the wilderness.
It's such a weird experiment of a film, not perfect by any means but a worthwhile experience nonetheless.
