Maybe I’ve just gotten more careful where I enter my email address or maybe the ML filtering has gotten actually good, but I noticed that it’s late february and I haven’t had a single spam mail to my private account all year

It’s amazing how shit workout apps are. The main features I’d like is to 1. keep me at a certain pace and 2. keep my heart rate in some kind of sane range.
I tend to run too fast, get tired, run faster so I “get there quicker” and then get injured over time.
Now technically, most smart watches can do that, but for example, if you ignore two or three warnings on the Apple Watch, it just kinda gives up.
Ideally, it would just pause my podcast, say “Slow down” or “Speed up” and unpause it.

Oh look the 3D Scanner App on iPhone is now completely enshittified as well. Used to be that the basic workflow was free and enterprise features were a one-time-payment, now they've become rent-seekers as well.
There's very little that turns me off of some software as much as monthly payments for a static executable.

@CptCheesyCrust@mastodon.social Ist so ein 1€ IONOS VPS was oder eher nicht?

Moltbook is of course amazingly stupid, but look at the bright side, it could have been moltchan!
