On this day 18 years ago I launched the Amiga Graphics Archive with the goal of creating a curated gallery with high quality and rare pixel art images made with and for the Commodore Amiga computer.
As a special treat, I've added an image by Jim Sachs called Multimedia that I found in a badly scaled version, that I was able to restore pretty close to its original state.
March I will be posting a batch of updates that will consist of individual images that I couldn't fit in under a specific topic or name.
I'm starting with the winning entry of the Amiga Magazin Color Cycling Contest, where I finally found a version with correct colors that allowed me to recreate the color cycling animation.

Added two more images by Orlando Petermann, one from the game Slider that he seems to have created together with his brother in 1988, featuring a Sorayama style robot woman and an image featuring The Beatles.
Just found a variation of Sultan Krest's Blizzard color cycling image, this time as an autumn storm and probably the precursor to the blizzard.
July is another single image month and I'll start with two images from Torben Bakager Larsen, that I found on a Discovery promotion disk that included unused titles for Sword of Sodan and Zoom!
Added some more images by Thomas and Oliver Wagner as well as an image printed in Das große Amiga Jahrbuch 1987, that I haven't found the original yet.
Today I have a nice image from legendary artist Rick Parks, who went on to join Westwood to work on titles like Eye of the Beholder and Legend of Kyrandia. He sadly left us way too soon.

Added a very old pixel painting from Amiga veteran Sheryl Knowles from 1985 of a young girl.
Added a big collection of logos from Rainbow Arts, reLINE and a big batch from Titus, amongst others, and also some animated ones as well.
Added a huge selection of color cycling images by Ken Costello. Some of them are simple experiments, others have really creative and intricate animations. Many created around 1986, when the Amiga was still brand new on the market.
I found several very old images by Jo-Anne Park, including some C64 versions, which also led me to her full name. She was already very active on the C64 and you can see the progression when she went on to the Amiga.
Added more images from the Das Grosse Amiga Jahrbuch 1987, including lots of page scans.
The book included a lot of famous images, which I had already added in other collections, but I've not been able to find any of the artsy or kids drawings.
I got the suggestion of adding an RSS feed to my site, so here it is:
Matt noticed, that the Nantucket Native is based on a photo of Samuel Beckett originally taken by Jane Brown, so I added it for direct comparison.
I found two lowres images by Henk Van Der Graaf, wo is mostly known for his spectacular hires images. These were included with the program Print-A-Card, probably without Henk's knowledge.
