mossy spirals

@futurebird @ubi ahhh this exactly my dream for humanity -- growing homes and cities of living fruiting architecture (rather than shrouding ourselves in bubbles of dead built material) by weaving trees around us and redirecting our sewage downward, nourishing and informing the deep roots below ...it may have to start as a #solarpunk story idea, but feels utterly feasible with enough care and time...

@ubi @futurebird yeah those are wonderful, so freely offering their roots to be woven -- i like to think we can find a similar understanding with trees, even evergreens, in colder climes too... would be such a huge gift to us, but i'm hoping the forest could be satisfied of equitable exchange if we give sufficient protection, poop, and patience #solarpunk

@tlapka got a rare out-loud chortle from me -- best and only "maybe later" there could be

@tante@tldr.nettime.org yeah "digital agency" is where i've landed to describe what seems important there -- focusing on each being's ability to choose, understand, and shape their own digital presence (or lack thereof) agree "digital sovereignty" has always seemed too nationalistic -- is good to work to disentangle from exploitative american tech structures, but "sovereignty" kinda gestures toward "...so we can build our own exploitative tech structures!"
