Took a nap and had a dream a black-feathered snake with a goose beak came out of a stone wall and ate Keir Starmer, but no one else seemed to notice except me.
Having stubbed my toe badly enough to break the skin and need cleanup & bandaging, I have to say I don't recommend it.
Suddenly seeing a medical bill and panicking that my insurance didn't cover something and it turns out I just owe about three dollars on it. The RNG was kind this time.
Oh, we're going to have a lot of fun trying to get out the back door tomorrow. The drifting snow is starting to pile up in exactly the wrong place.

Weird dream last night in which a friend and I had to kill mad and malevolent gods. We recruited an army of slingers and rock-throwers for distraction purposes, and then would trap the gods in giant nets and sacks to be easily dispatched.

If you really want a challenge, play Geoguessr for Ireland. The vast majority of the time, you will end up in a rural-ish area of green fields and maybe some sheep/cows that could be literally anywhere on the island.

In all seriousness though, if I have a thought about a physical book I'm reading, I'll write it down in a separate notebook where it has room to be expressed. Cramped scribbles in a margin are a waste by comparison.
