It's a lovely, growing good n sunny, start to #myday #today. 👋

It's a cool 50-degree start, heading to the mid-70s and nothing special other than the normal Thursday Honey-doins on my schedule. 💪

I was awakened early n not too gently by the crowing of the neighbors rooster. 🐓
The growing light of dawn enticed me to stay awake and listen for the coffee pot perking to call for my rise n shine. ☕️☀️
That was soon reinforced by the yelling of the "little lungs on legs", carolina Wren purched just outside my window, just outa neck strangling range.🐦😕

So, yup. I'm up n ready to sit in the morning sunshine and start my sipping and getting #myday properly underway. 👍😎

I can't believe it's Wednesday already. Here we are, half way through the week, looking down at the approaching weekend, and I feel like I've gotten next to nothin done to show for it. 😏

Except for a lot of coffee sipping and sitting in the day's sunshine. ☕️😎
And maybe eating anxiously way too many candies n cookies n pastry thingies, while sitting n listening to the news n views of the day.🐣🍪😜

But hey. I guess all went well after all anyway. I woke up still here, still holding n sipping my coffee in the morning sunshine, and almost ready to start #myday of whatever #today. 💪

It's a good place to start. 👌😁

Hey, y'all. Happy cold but sunny Tuesday morning to ya.👋

Yeah. It's a bit on the cool side at the start of #myday. It's only 45 degrees F, making throwing off the blanket a bit of a challenge.
But the sun is rising brightly shining, joining the calling of my morning coffee, to get up n out to sit n sip n soak in it.☕️😎💪

I'm just looking at a day of the typical Tuesday tasks #today. Nothing special or exciting or anything. 🤔

There's nothing really to toot about this morning either. So, I'll shut up n get to sipping n scrolling n see what y'all are up to instead. 👀

Hey y'all 👋. Happy Tuesday to ya.

I'm off to a late start to #myday #today. I just didn't get myself motivated to get outa bed. The sun shine showing brightly wasn't enticing today. Even the coffee pot calling me from the kitchen didn't do it.🥱

Eventually though, both got together with Heather to holler, and so, here I am out sitting in the morning sunshine, wondering whete I am, and where's this coffee that's been calling to me all morning. ☕️

It's a sunny 53deg F morning here. Though some heavy clouds are pushing their way over to cover the sun soon. So, I'm not sure how much sun soaking will get done while I sit here sipping. But, I I'll do my best to bask in it while I can. 😎💪

I never did get my toes to test the tax prep waters yesterday. By the time my Honey-doins would let me, my motivation hit a pothole and knocked my getty up outa gear, and I just couldn't get it going again. So, I have that still in my plans for tackling today, on top of all the other terrible Tuesday tub&tile tasks n such. 😏

So, I suppose I best get to sipping and soaking in what sunshine I can, and get this day underway. 💪☕️

Happy recovery Monday when we spend the day winding down from oir Easter candy induced sugar high and start our efforts to work off our gluttony devouring of so much of it.🐰🐣🧁😜

Yeah, it makes we want to stay in bed, too. But the coffee calls me to get up n out to start #myday of fasting from all those sweets n candy crunching underway. ☕️💪

It's a cold n cloudy start to #myday here #today. A cool 47degs, heading only to about 70deg today. The heat actually had to start up n warm up the house during the night. That hasn't happened here in over at least a week. But, from the looks of things, there's till some hope for some sunshine to sit n sip in this morning. ☀️🤞

I'm not sure what's on my Honey-do list for today. But I'm sure Heather and the wife will conspire to find ways to keep me busy. 😏

Welp. Enough of this. Gotta get my coffee and get to sitting n sipping it. 💪☕️

The outside working got the ol heart thumping.🥴
So, I took a break n popped me a pill to help it keep pumping. 💪

Didn't really wanta keep taking em due to how they rob me of spoons.
But keeping things pumping has priority. 👍

So, sitting n sipping in the shade of the Pin-oak tree enjoying the breeze that is still blowing cool n refreshingly over me.👌😁

Kinda thinking #myday of Honey-doin is about done for #today, and sitting and chewing something good for lunch is the next thimg on my menu. 😋

Probably, outside in the shade of my tree, with feet up n fork lifting and a nice little nap in the hammock behind me. 🥱👌

The ol belly went on another food chewing rampage again #today. 😏

It started with the potato salad for my lunch to munch on.😋
Then, it moved on to a small platter of shrimp and sauce shared with the wife.👍

But that wasn't enough to stop that rampaging belly. It barely even slowed it down a little 😯

Powered on by a few glasses of wine to wash it all down with, next up was the 3 hard-boiled eggs the wife left exposed to spying eyes in the fridge.💪

But, at least now, it has called a time out to rest n digest and make room for dinner a bit later. 👌😜

Oh, how my bathroom scale is gonna hate me stepping on it in the morning. 🥴

The wife sorta has a sick sense of humor. 😏

To ease our anxiety over the last few days of Donny's demented threatenings, she has decided #today to sit down n watch the old nuclear war, end of the world movie "The Day After."😳

But only the beginning, blowing up stuff part, before heading out to do some shopping. 😏

I guess that leaves me the task of anxiously chewing through more of my stash of girl scout cookies or something similarly soothing.🐣🍪

Don't see how that helps. But yeah.🥴

Lunchin munchin fixin time.
Gonna go with a nice big special summertime tomato sandwich today. The lettuce, onion, and tomato. But on delicious sourdough bread, we got from my niece Brenda, smothered in spread on mayonnaise. 👌😋

Got me a nice big glass of sweet tea for sipping and even a big handful of potato chips to crunch on. 👍😜

All I gotta do now is sit down and eat it all. 💪
