Watching @paige@masto.canadiancivil.com’s video on Mastadon has revived my waning interest in this platform (or any of the post-X micro-blogs, tbh). Now anxiously waiting announcement of his new business of custom curating the feeds of hapless clients 🙋🏼♂️.

@paigesaunders@mastodon.social This theory sounds plausible. I see so many older dudes riding these in full black, motorcycle helmets, skull-and-crossbones bandanas, and a Bluetooth speaker obnoxiously loud.
@paigesaunders@mastodon.social @OhTheUrbanity@mastodon.social I found that I rely a lot less on my ears when riding in safe places, so a total ban on earbuds feels a bit car-brained to me, especially in a place with a lot of separated infrastructure. The consequences of a mishap on a bike compared to a car are just so wildly different.
@paigesaunders@mastodon.social If they are submitting my videos for a grade, I think they’d need to do more than some light editing
