Food scientists have studied how cooking and cooling certain starchy foods can change their chemical structure. When foods like rice, potatoes, or pasta are cooled after cooking, some of the digestible starch converts into resistant starch.
Resistant starch behaves differently from regular starch because it passes through the small intestine without being fully digested, functioning more like dietary fiber in the body.
Because it digests more slowly, resistant starch can lead to smaller increases in blood glucose and insulin levels compared to freshly cooked starches, which is why researchers study its effects on metabolic health.
Cooling and reheating rice does not dramatically change the total calories listed for the food, but it may slightly reduce the amount of starch that is rapidly absorbed, altering how the body processes it.
Nutrition experts generally emphasize that overall blood sugar control depends on portion size, balanced meals, physical activity, and long-term dietary patterns, not just a single preparation method.

Anthony Fauci … the same cold face staring back at us from the 1980s headlines:
“𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐀𝐍 𝐖𝐇𝐎 𝐆𝐀𝐕𝐄 𝐔𝐒 𝐀𝐈𝐃𝐒”
“Smallpox vaccine triggered AIDS virus”
They knew. They said it out loud.
Decades later, the same man pushes experimental mRNA shots on the entire world… and researchers quietly warn that some COVID vaccines could increase the risk of HIV.
Same architect.
Same needle.
Same body count.
This isn’t a series of unfortunate mistakes.
This is a recurring ritual.
From the smallpox campaigns that “coincidentally” unleashed AIDS, to the COVID injections that “coincidentally” damaged immune systems … Fauci has been the constant thread running through every major plague of the modern era.
They release the crisis.
They roll out the solution.
They harvest the damage.
The elite don’t fear death. They manufacture it. And Fauci has been their faithful high priest for decades.
The man they called a hero was never saving us.
He was preparing the next harvest.
The pattern is clear.
The body bags keep piling up.
What do you see when you look at this man’s track record?

THINKS VACCINATION CAUSE OF CANCER
New York, Feb. 2.Dr. W. B. Clark, a well-known physician, in- sists that vaccination is the cause of cancer. He says:
un- "A cancer was practically known until cowpox vaccination be- gan to be introduced. Cancer, I be- lieve, is a disease of cell life, a dis- turbance of its equilibrium, mani- fested by the rapid growth of cells and the consequent building up of a tumor. i have had to do with at least 200 cases of cancer, and here declare that I never saw a case of cancer in an unvaccinated person.
>
to "The way vaccination causes can- cer is like this: It takes 21 years to make a man and but four make a cow, the former being of slow cell growth and the latter rap- Id. To put the rapid-growing cells, or protoplasm, of a diseased animal (in a condition of virulent infectious activity) into the slow-growing cells of man, is to disturb the equilibrium
