Strider

What a way to piss away all thst image building over two decades at least. They put so much effort in being at all the right events, the cool stuff. Nintendo and Microsoft never were that good in this. Who would’ve thought they’d tear it all down themselves. What a time to be alive.

That feeling that I don’t know where the files actually are… I never had that. I knew where I put my files. But then SharePoint happened. And then onedrive. Is it shared? Where everywhere is it? Of course you can look some of those things up. But is that information trustworthy?

Who cares about future issues. I’ve got my golden parachute until then!

I think the movie black hole is more accurate, it’s about the year 2130 or something. It also was before 40k was out.

Correct, it’s always that answer for ‘why is company x doing’

Featuring shitty use of technology.

Yup, this whole ownership thing is totally fubar! (and yes, I do prefer to own things too, but there could be a healthy middle ground)

FYI this is one of the main differences between the Hollywood and German soundtracks. Here it's mixed far better to listen in stereo while in surround cinematic you need to turn the front speaker up, if you have that system. And it doesn't translate well to stereo.

Accepted financial risk

Using WhatsApp because in Germany there's no way around it for public contacts. Edit: I'd love some response on downvote (as always). I use other messengers myself as an avid foss fan and techie and even had it uninstalled a while. That was until I went back to participating in social life and I sure as hell can't get institutions off of WhatsApp as totally frustrating and idiotic as it is for them to use it in the first place.

You evil being ♥️

Can confirm

'pizza time'! (sample from.. The arcade I think?) Don's is the worst though.

Love me some Street fighter alpha 3!

Infuriating since annoyances are equated with real suffering. I always try to explain that yes, there are things which NT can experience but they have a scale from 0 to 100 and ND scale can be wildly off like > 4000% which can cause a whole range of psychological as well as physical issues.

Wait until you learn that you're a likely a millionaire in a European city if you own a basic house. (which you can't sell of course, you need it for living)

Interesting to read. Since I never used Adobe products much (aside from PDF) I can only notice the parallels: it's not only there. It's everywhere. Even excel is a hot mess when doing basic things like scrolling and it redraws a. Simple worksheet. Everything has degraded to total inefficiency.

Short-sighted. Sorry.

Do you think resuscitating him would go well (it mostly doesn't anyway)? So don't dismiss that option.

Yeah from car mechanics to doctors, schools to associations/clubs it's mandatory.

OK then it's correct 😁

If, it would be the other way around.

It's fiiiiiiine.

It's consumer demand!

Thanks, I found out that was the case whan I played mmorpg and assumed some bad English speakers were not native speaking, but they were. Interesting thing in fact. Still, some things are lost with specific wording or also culturally - worst of all are the things that seem identical but are different (not the average false friends stuff).

Apologies, I'm not natively English so that might pose language and cultural understanding issues (additionally) 😁

I disagree (it necessarily being hyperbolic), by now it's been proven we can have "real" physical pain (and thereby also damage). Maybe the number sounds exaggerated but _we don't know_.

I'd like to have the kids menu, please... Err what?

Yes basically what I said, but some say it's good for reasons that elude me. So I try to stay on the technical base to avoid discussion.

Erm, late for me to learn but if so: shaking is a symptom from having to eat?

Hm, maybe I should keep some dextrose on me then.

Well, that's the stage where the others remove their dependencies: 7 stage collapse pattern https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xs2nBl43hhs

Just curious: shouldn’t non-profit be .org?

I would also think of Nvidia 🤷

Apologies if someone is offended by the following. It’s not meant as an offense, but a professional opinion about design and Implementation. This is a really good example of absolutely not keeping it simple and utilizing so many dependencies you’d need to monitor to be sure your solution works that the overall design is just plain bad. If you ever implement something and get caught in so many things, take a step back and think about how your goal could be achieved in a much simpler way or even if your requirements are that important in the first place. Anyhow. 5c from a tech guy.

It can be the litter, the size of the box or maybe a roof would be advisable. They can be picky 😁

Instructions unclear: maximizing environmental damage!

I wanted to do the survey, but at some point the ui is barely understandable (#10 or so) and I gave up shortly after. And that’s from a nerd.

I don’t think it’s by chance. They’re systematically rewriting history and terminology.

Don’t keep that regret. I had two original gameboys, those things degrade really bad. Maybe no audio, maybe the display lines working get less and less. So what I can recommend very much is getting an analogue pocket if you want it premium, hardware emulated or one of the anbernic devices if you want it still quite good but massively cheaper and software emulated.

I don’t see any chance in boycotts getting citizens out of this situation. The respect that they too are humans and of the same worth as the ruling class needs to be renewed.
