Me after looking at the news/social media and then heading to work

After a delicious lunch of vegan ramen with my friend, Spring, we went to Kit Carson Park in Escondido to look for the reported Vermilion Flycatcher.
We were not disappointed!
We found it near the Eagle Scout Pond.

I finished my audiobook of The Grapes of Wrath this morning and YELLED at it. THATS IT? THATS THE ENDING?!!!

I gave 21 hours of my life to that depressing story.

(Not a good book choice at this particular point in time either)
