I noticed the other night that my Sky Q box's red record light wasn't on when it was supposed to be, but the next day I forgot about it. Then later that evening I saw that a few recordings I expected to be in the box weren't there. A couple of others read "Recording failed. Disk full". Checking under Management, I could see that the disk was full to the brim with old recordings (I mark everything as "Keep"). There was no on-screen warning notification. It just stopped recording. Vital programmes (to me) lost. I hastily erased a bunch of old stuff to free up some space so it could do the evening's recordings. And I have to go back through the catch-up services to find what's missing and download it. So be warned: when the disk is full, it won't tell you.
