So I've never had to do this for somebody else before, I usually am the one donating, but a friend is in serious need of some help getting out of a terrible abusive sublet in Oakland and back to her kids in San Jose, all while having lost most of her mobility below her waist.
Her current situation is untenable, the landlord is verbally abusive and the bathroom is not accessible.
I'm helping her find a place and move but she needs financial help as well.

@woody@pleroma.pch.net when my HVAC/furnace poops out I'm going to replace it with a heat pump, same with the water heater and eventually the gas stove with induction. I will need to upgrade my electric service at that point.

@mwl@io.mwl.io I can't remember where, but somebody said "You never see a cybertruck with a passenger" and I have to say in my experience that's like 99.9% true.
