Ironic post considering you can't get a Six Flags season pass now without having a cell phone

Hersheypark finally ready to get rid of Tidal Force. I hate to see rides go but I'm genuinely shocked that this one lasted this long. If you're a fan make sure you ride it before September 7th.

Fair and Balanced they say?
I hate posting an insta link but Thoosie Mob deserves the limelight.
I feel like we should start doing a segment on the show where we laugh at all the Six Flags social media posts from that week.

United is such a shit company. I hate that JANA (and others) is trying to push Six Flags in the same private equity game United ended up in.
RE: @ElToroRyan@opencoaster.net
Well this is a cool confirmation. I'm not overly excited about this coaster but at least it'll have some unique features.

Awesome, thanks. I did just find a wdwnt article but coming from Universal themselves is always better.

If you are in or near Ohio this weekend you might want to check out The Amusement Preservation Museum this weekend. Reservations need to be made today if you want to attend and they are filling up.

I have interacted with Knoebels various times through the years and saw many presentations where Dick was one of the presenters but back in 2018 I had a chance to talk with him directly for a bit. He was one of the most incredible people with a passion for his park and the industry in general. Celebrities pass and we post things about them but despite the fact that he probably wouldn't have known my name this loss feels like a real gut punch to me.

Things you say when you haven't rode Lightning Run
If you can't bring back Mr. Six can you just put marketing out of it's misery?
TIL Dolly wrote a song for the Wild Eagle coaster at Dollywood

I'm still angry... This isn't the marketing you think it is.
RE: @Carowinds@opencoaster.net
It's incredible how all of a sudden phones are acceptable in pockets on rides after being outright banned previously just so Six Flags doesn't have to pay for paper passes.
This is a move I don't like at all. Certain rides should continue to outright ban loose articles and parks should provide storage for those devices without charging the customer.
More importantly the assumption that everyone has a compatible device or is willing to install an app that tracks them is flawed.
People named Ryan are going to take over a coaster at the Mall of America and if you're name is Ryan you can join them.

No more express pass on Hagrid's after July 1st!
Of course the reactions seem to literally be class warfare. If I'm in the right mood on Thursday I may have a rant on this week's show lol
Well the chicken nugget dude's fame has been cut short by Gerstlauer it seems.
Cue the RoLlErCoAsTeRs ArE dAnGeRoUs crowd 😔
There is very little difference when this ride is running and it's not. I suspect it took a good 5 or 10 mins before people on the ride even noticed it stopped 😂

This is what I've been saying on the show for quite a while. Reilly is one of the most receptive guys in the industry and he takes action when he identifies a need. Six Flags is in serious trouble but if anyone can turn the ship around it'll be Reilly.

First coaster to leave Six Flags America and find a new home at Great Adventure. Clearly it's going to be part of the new boardwalk.

I think we recorded an incredible show for this week and all of us agreed it was insanely fun. If you haven't listened to @sidefriction@worldkey.io yet and were looking for an excuse I think this Saturday would be a good time to start.
