I had to sell the original replacement as it was a vehicle designed for people whose neck and back hasn't been operated on three times. The one we are keeping is a Chevy. It was a decent price, and the ride is excellent. Nice stereo, too!

You are a wonderful friend to ask, Grumble! In fact, we are MUCH better off than some of our fellow townspeople, and I think we can claw back much we have lost, and what we can't get back, we will find a way to carry on without it. All is well, my friend! 😎 🍹

I am currently working on "season sixteen" of the tunes, plus the strips I do for Flip City Magazine, and we are also working with Flip City to test animation with an eye towards making an six minute Stoopid Tunes animated short. I also got the lawn mowed, so I feel like I spent my time well!

Good morning, Grumble! 😎 🍹 Things are coming along quite nicely. Scored a vehicle; nice ride, decent price. The vast majority of the interior of the house is pretty much finished. Just have some roof repairs and some siding issues to take care of.

Now that we are back in the house (such as it is) we are trying to rally more support for our fellow inmates that are still in the shelter. Many came to us with the clothes on their backs. By now, donations are down and they are having to look for new places to move the shelter and restaurants willing to donate food. There is much to do.

And. as it turned out, my son-in-law decided to buy the "beast" as a project vehicle for my daughter, so all is well. (To be honest, I think he may have recommended the vehicle in the first place in part so that he could work on it, anyway. I thought I just needed wheels, but it turns out I need a comfortable seat and back support as well.

Good morning, Grumble! 😎 🍹 We are back in the house, camping out on the second floor while we gut the first floor and basement. Today we replace the heater and hot water heater in the basement and get the first floor gutted down to the wall studs. With a bit of luck, we will have electricity and water in the next couple of days!
