I received an Artfight attack! And by "received" I mean "it was in my physical letterbox". Thanks @molentum@mastoart.social , this is absolutely awesome :)

I want to develop a small project to try out some technologies. Could be web or desktop-application.
What I need is a idea for something that would be actually useful for artists.
I have some ideas, but most have been done before, so a question to the community: What app would actually be useful to you, and does not already exist?
Ideas I had:
- Models for Loomis / Asaro head with lighting
- Pose editor
- Whiteboard for reference-images
Boosts welcome.
“The Ice Sorbet Vendor”
"On a hot summer day on the beach, there is nothing just like a freshly frozen Ice Sorbet™!
Always made from fresh fruits and berries of finest qualities, and of course carefully prepared, processed and shock-frosted on the spot by our trusted Ice Sorbet™ vendors!"
This is my entry to the Krita June Challenge "Something Unexpected": https://krita-artists.org/t/june-2026-art-challenge-something-unexpected/184626
Worked on it sporadically since the warm days end of april.
I recently heard the best way to explain faceblindness: Apples.
Can you tell apples apart? Yes, they look similar, but there are differences.
But could you recognize that specific apple among 50 similar ones?
If an apple addressed you on the street, could you remember where you've seen it before?
That is how it feels to be faceblind.
The scene happened to me once, I'd known that colleague for ten years, and almost asked her who she was, when she had colored her hair.

Something a bit older, done in 2023. This was among the first drawings that I actually kinda liked.
Pencil and fineliner on paper.

@djamilaknopf@mastodon.art This little cat (in sticker form) is sitting behind me over my shoulder in my home-office, and makes me smile a little bit whenever I start my camera. If you ever offer stickers in your store, you would have at least one customer.

@fayden Really like the way the colors and shadows work on the trousers, fabric folds, and in the hair. Looks 'simple" in a way that tells that a lot of thought went into it.
@retech@corteximplant.com Thanks for the ideas, sound actually useful, but not for what I had in mind.
A materials finder would be basically a product search, there are countless of them. I did actually build something like that a long time ago.
I assume shipping price aggregator means "I have package with size/weight, what does it cost to ship?"
That and the show-finder would be good examples, except that the main work would be to keep the data up-to-date, especially if not limiting it to one country only.
Artfight revenge on @adhemara@mastodon.art
Alice, working at her standing-desk. Sketched with pencil, inked with calligraphy pen (black and grey). Not quite happy with the character proportions, she was supposed to be taller.

Artfight attack on @ZebraFeatherAH@sunny.garden 's characters Mia & Yu. An untimely distraction causes a minor kitchen flooding.
