Open post Marion van Beek @Noctania@mastodon.social · 20mo ago Replying to @DavidBlue@mastodon.social @Noctania@mastodon.social @wonderofscience@mastodon.social I would like to express my wholehearted support for generally repping Voyager I's accomplishments in response to social posts about more recent missions. @DavidBlue@mastodon.social @wonderofscience@mastodon.social I only found out about this picture last week in a plea that exploring other planets is no alternative for life on our pale blue dot. It took Voyager 1 36 years to leave our solar system.
