It's going to be a terrible day.

We got there, many people in waiting room, she didn't tell me what she said, and the doctor said her blood pressure was ok. She has to go back next week and 6 months after that. She had to see brain doctor, so I was terrified of that.

Yeah. She bought me some food last night I haven't eaten and asked me to come and then we can go to a shop she thinks I like. I'm not going as I'm not going to be any help and I can't stand being there. Barely eating, over sleeping and dreamed about the guy I like who killed himself.

I can't even do anything about them. Will get green tea.

I get the ol severe anxiety nightmares pretty often sadly.
